J	Joris Mundt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived a little late (around 22.00) but that was no problem. The check-in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. The room looks really good but when you take a closer look you do see some dirt here and there but definitely a nice place to stay.
B	Barry Poholka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for the travelers on business or just passing through Los Mochis, Mexico on your way to sunny beaches to the south, the room was comfortable and quiet with two double beds, the hotel is pet friendly with a small charge for your furry friends and includes a full breakfast in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Barry ??

Located on the South side of Los Mochis. I liked it so well the first time I stayed - that I stayed there again on my return trip.

Nats in the shower a scratchy towel not to mention there’s no blanket on the bed. Just a sheet and it’s so thin you can see mattress through it. We switched rooms 3 times. We’re tired and drove all day so this is it. Do yourself a favor and drive into town and stay at the best western plus. This place is a little slice of hell. Seriously.

I don't think I've had a higher pet fee at any hotel, including in the USA, and our dogs are incredibly well behaved. we chose to move on to a different hotel. The online booking did say there was a charge for pets, but if they want to charge so much, they should say it in the booking. I think this was the first time in my life I've walked away from a reservation because of an unexpected charge.

But that is about all the negative I have to mention. Hot shower, big size room, very quiet although it is next to a truck stop/parking and close to the high way. Very friendly and welcoming check-in, absolute superb service at the front desk. Nice comfortable mattress good fluffy pillows, wifi is a bit dodgy sometimes but when it works it is fast. Free drinking water available in the hallway, so you can refill your complimentary water. Good parking space and like I said, very quiet. IF I am in the area again, I will certainly stop here for a night.

The beds are bricks, only 2 small pillows for a king size bed and the blanket doesn’t cover the bed … probably a queen size blanket for a king. There are no hand towels, wash cloths or fabric bath mats, the shower is odd and dangerous. A bigger man or woman will have trouble feeling comfortable. No plastic or glass glasses are available for drinking and when the manager was asked if a glass was available he said, “No none are allowed to be given out.” Really!!! The suggestion was we go to Oxxo around the corner and get what we need. Tv works but is older, poor resolution. Air conditioning and hot water work, 2 bottles of water in each room with a water dispenser down the hall for refills. The manager is young and not trained to be service oriented … maids would like to take care of guests but cant … no ice available even if you have your own cup or glass.
