They change the terms as they see fit, and in the end the place isn't that great anyway. I give them a 0 for service and overall quality. They should be ashamed at their lack of professionalism.
C	Christopher Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive, close to the beach, older, "rustic". Those looking for a modern resort should be in another area of Zihuatanejo or over in Acapulco. Everything around the hotel was old but clean. Everything that we used worked though many things showed the usual mismatches of Mexican maintenance and upgrades. Standards of excellence are different than the US. Towel standards are strict and limited as listed in some other reviews. Beds are very hard, but many in Mexico do this deliberately believing firm mattresses to be more healthy.

Wait for two hours; better still: bring your own. Costumer service is poor. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were clean. Pray that you don't get noisy neighbors. There are better options right around the corner.
