B	Beto Solis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ este comentario va dirigido a el servicio de telfonom soy concierge y me pasa muchas veces que los huespedes quieren contactarse con la agencia en horarios que supuestamente son accesibles y muchas veces me dicen que el buzon esta lleno de los telefonos, principalmente el de la pagina 8817500 , y que no hay nadie para contestar, y en otros numeros que marco a veces tarda como 20min en que alguien conteste. No es la primera vez que me pasa. Considero que deben prestar atencion al servicio telefonico. Gracias. This company is not that big in Cancún, but it huge in all the world with a database of 180,000 hotels, well, that is the number they mentioned. If you have a reservation service from them, you will receive it without a problem. The office in Cancún is located on Tulum Avenue next to "Plaza Mayaland" at a walking distance to Plaza Las Américas (the most visited mall in Cancún).
