★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente hotel, el lugar muy centrico,las habitaciones limpias, confortables, existen restaurantes aqui mismo, el bufette de la mañana cuestA 230 por persona, hay un Chedrahui a un lado para comprar lo necesario.
 Excellent hotel, very central place, clean, comfortable rooms, there are restaurants right here, the morning buffet costs 230 per person, there is a Chedrahui aside to buy what is necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy impersonsal. Habitaciones cumplen con lo minimo. No tienen acceso para peatones. Entrada y salida del hotel es por la rampa vehicular. Comida en restaurantes sosa y sin el sabor tipico. Es comible, no esta mala solo que le falta el sason. Moho en la habitacion.
Very impersonsal. Rooms meet the minimum. They do not have access for pedestrians. Entry and exit of the hotel is via the vehicular ramp. Food in restaurants bland and without the typical flavor. It's edible, it's not bad just that it lacks the sason. Mold in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un hotel de 3 que tiene la misma cadena (Pierre, Princess y Resort Mundo Imperial). Las habitaciones de cuarto en todas sus modalidades son muy buenos y nuevas. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Siempre atienden. Los restaurantes son buenos, tienen siempre buffete y en su mayoría rondan los $300-380 pesos mexicanos por persona. Lo único malo del hotel es que no tiene playa propia, pero su hotel princess sí tiene y cada 20 minutos pasa un camión para llevarte.
This is a 3-star hotel that has the same chain (Pierre, Princess and Resort Mundo Imperial). The room rooms in all their modalities are very good and new. The service of the staff is very friendly. They always attend. The restaurants are good, they always have a buffet and they are mostly around $ 300-380 Mexican pesos per person. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it does not have its own beach, but its princess hotel does and every 20 minutes a truck passes to take you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistencia a un congreso como expositor, tiene buen servicio pero todo tiene un cargo, tácito o explícito, pero todo tiene cargos. Debido a la naturaleza de mi estancia no pude usar el club de playa que se encuentra algo lejos. Los precios al interior son algo excesivos y la política del hotel te prohíbe introducir cualquier tipo de bebidas o alimentos aunque por escrito solo establece que son bebidas y alimentos procesados o de entrega a domicilio. El hotel no tiene vistas interesantes. Si eres parte de un congreso que se lleve a cabo en mundo imperial es buena opción de lo contrario me parece que no tienen ninguna ventaja.
Attendance to a congress as an exhibitor, has good service but everything has a position, tacit or explicit, but everything has positions. Due to the nature of my stay I was unable to use the beach club which is located a bit far away. The prices inside are somewhat excessive and the hotel's policy prohibits you from introducing any type of drinks or food, although in writing it only establishes that they are processed or home delivery beverages and foods. The hotel has no interesting views. If you are part of a congress that takes place in the imperial world, it is a good option, otherwise it seems to me that they have no advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que no estaban listos para recibir tanta gente. El servicio amable pero totalmente desorganizado, lento, ineficiente. Las instalaciones bien pero esperaría que un hotel como éste, no se viera sobrepasado en su temporada buena. He venido en temporada alta muchas veces y sé que el servicio es lento, es comprensible pero fue demasiado malo.
It seems to me that they were not ready to receive so many people. Friendly service but totally disorganized, slow, inefficient. The facilities are good but I would hope that a hotel like this was not overpowered in its good season. I have come in high season many times and I know the service is slow, it is understandable but it was too bad.
