Emplacement parfait situé au centre à proximité des restaurants, l'hôtel propose des vélos en location qui sont un vrai plus pour la visite de l'île, merci à Rosi ( désolée je ne me souviens plus du prénom exactement) qui a été d'une aide et d'une écoute incroyable !!!! Attention cependant l'endroit est bruyant puis ce que situe à côté des bars mais si vous avez le sommeil lourd comme moi alors aucun probleme. Merci pour votre gentillesse

Very good hôtel for a stay in Holbox ! Near the center and the beach

Good location, newly built, air con works well. Fridge. Nice bathroom good shower. But, the WiFi is poor. The rooms are basically sheds as they are made out of wood, and therefore not very sound proof. There was building work going on adjacent to the room and the builders could see in. There wasn't any mood lighting - only bright ceiling lights.

Amazing service, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Holbox.

Hotel is located on a main street and noise level in the room is unbearable. We got a room looking over the street (#10) with a window and the noise level was like we would have that window wide open - we could hear random conversations on the street, loud music from a bar across, and very noisy taxis (golf carts) and atv’s. It is going on all day and night. The music stopped playing around 1 in the morning on a Sunday night and atv’s are driving by all night long since it is the street connecting to the main square of the island. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor lifting a toilet seat and switching lights on and off. We asked the owner to change rooms but he refused. I am surprised that people give good reviews without mentioning how loud the street is and the noise level in the room. Stay away if you look for peaceful place to get some sleep and want to enjoy more nature. There are places right by the sea with a similar price and standard we just found them too late.

Very accommodating staff, excellent central location, good rooms with fridge. Only downside is the noise both from the surrounding bars, but earplugs readily solve that issue.

Nice journey at Hotelito. We were sleeping next to the reception, the place is VERY NOISY. (There are some places nearby playing music until 2am). The WiFi doesn't work (at all), so think twice. Hector was very welcoming, and helped with everything besides some information regarding touristic tours (which was advertised to us at the first place). Overall correct but I wouldn't recommend it to families, or people willing to rest.
