Al reservar se les indicó que seriamos tres personas, las cobijas no fueron suficientes y pasamos frio. No nos porporcionaron sabanas para el sofacama y las almohadas no tenian funda. El lugar es muy bonito y las cabañas encantadoras. Communication prior to booking was very slow and inaccurate on check-in details. When booking they were told that we would be three people, the blankets were not enough and we were cold. They did not provide us with sheets for the sofa bed and the pillows did not have a cover. The place is very beautiful and the cabins charming.

Sí haría una observación sobre la comunicación ya que al llegar no sabíamos quién nos iba a recibir y en el número de whatsapp tardaron en responder. Como 10 min después de llegar llegó alguien a atendernos y se resolvió. La otra observación es sobre las mascotas. Hay unos perros que están sueltos como cuidando que estaban justo a la entrada de la cabaña cuando sacamos a nuestra perrita en la mañana, y nos tocó la mala suerte de que uno la mordió, tuvimos que ir al pueblo a que la revisara un veterinario. Ojo con sus perros. A very nice place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin is very nice and has everything you need. Yes, I would make an observation about the communication since when we arrived we did not know who was going to receive us and they took a long time to respond to the WhatsApp number. About 10 min after arriving someone came to assist us and it was resolved. The other observation is about pets. There are some dogs that are loose as if they were taking care of that they were right at the entrance of the cabin when we took our dog out in the morning, and we were unlucky that one bit her, we had to go to town to have her checked by a veterinarian. Be careful with your dogs.
G	Gerardo Luevanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cabañas muy bien, pero la atención muy mala, no dejaron carga de leña, en las dos noches que estuve, a pesar que se le dijo a las encargadas ya que no hay manera de comunicarse con alguien, dijeron que lo verían pero no dejaron nada al final, muy mala atencion The cabins are very good, but the attention is very bad, they did not leave a load of firewood, in the two nights I was there, despite the fact that the managers were told since there is no way to communicate with someone, they said they would see it but they did not leave nothing at the end, very bad attention

B	Brisa Calderón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase un fin de semana y mis expectativas eran disfrutar de una estadía amena y descansar alejada de la ciudad, el lugar en general es bonito sin embargo 1) no hay recepción y/o señalamientos de cómo llegar al estacionamiento del lugar, fue muy confuso llegar y no contestaban nuestras llamadas y mensajes al número que viene en su página 2) el calentador no funcionaba y pasamos una noche y día muy frío ya que la cabaña se enfrió muchísimo 3) al lado de nosotros había una pareja que durante la madrugada anduvo afuera haciendo ruidos, a pesar de que lo reporte con los encargados no obtuve respuesta y 4) la atención de su personal que recibe en general es muy mala, prácticamente te dan la llave de tu cabaña y no los vuelves a ver, considero que si se promocionan como hotel debería de haber mínimo una recepción y lugar donde resuelvan nuestras dudas I spent a weekend and my expectations were to enjoy a pleasant stay and rest away from the city, the place in general is nice however 1) there is no reception and/or signs on how to get to the parking lot of the place, it was very confusing to get there and they did not answer our calls and messages to the number that comes on their page 2) the heater did not work and we spent a very cold night and day since the cabin got very cold 3) next to us there was a couple who walked outside during the early morning making noises, despite the fact that I reported it to the managers, I did not get a response and 4) the attention of their staff that they receive in general is very bad, they practically give you the key to your cabin and you do not see them again, I consider that if they promoted as a hotel there should be at least one reception and place where they resolve our doubts

Las cabañas están bellísimas, ideal para toda ocasión. Ojo, si deseas un lugar muy cerca de de mazamitla centro tal vez te parezca lejos, ya que esta como a a 40min o a 20min si te vas por el lado de terraseria en el cual no es tan conveniente que acudas con un vehículo que no está adecuado para esos caminos. En las 2 habitaciones que solicité no agarraba el wifi las pantallas, pero para nada fue inconveniente ? All quite good, if you are looking for a quiet place to lose yourself from society, this is the right place ? The cabins are beautiful, ideal for any occasion. Be careful, if you want a place very close to the center of Mazamitla, it may seem far away, since it is about 40 minutes or 20 minutes away if you go to the terraseria side, where it is not so convenient that you go with a vehicle that is not suitable for those roads. In the 2 rooms that I requested, the screens did not grab the Wi-Fi, but it was not inconvenient at all ?
J	Jaime Lupercio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alta, alta, ALTAMENTE recomendable, sin duda alguna.... para todos aquellos que decen alejados del bullicio y de la falsa sociedad, es el mejor lugar para disfrutar un increíble clima. Árboles, vegetación y unas agradables y compactas CABAÑAS totalmente de madera,,,,el camino se encuentra muy bien, el piedra y cemento... lleven todos los víveres porque esta a unos 35 minutos de la población. High, high, HIGHLY recommended, without a doubt.... for all those who say away from the hustle and bustle and false society, it is the best place to enjoy an incredible climate. Trees, vegetation and some pleasant and compact CABINS completely made of wood,,,, the road is very good, stone and cement... take all the groceries because it is about 35 minutes from the town.
