★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Terminé rentando con ellos porque me gustó mucho la casa, pero la atención a la parte rentadora es un asco. Cuando querían el primer pago me hablaban cada hora, pero cuando lo hice me dejaron de contestar por días y no me entregaban recibo. El asesor que tenía la propiedad no sabía absolutamente nada acerca de la propiedad, lo bueno fue que el dueño tuvo que ir y nos dio la información que necesitabamos, porque el asesor 0% capacitado. Les comenté que a la casa le hacían falta 3 focos, que un drenaje estaba tapado y una llave goteaba y me contestan "eso lo debes arreglar tu, no el dueño, ya que no es algo que evite que habites la propiedad". Son una forma nueva de inmobiliaria pero con esas experiencias no dan ganas de tratar con ellos jamás.
 Terrible attention. I ended up renting with them because I really liked the house, but the attention to the rental part is disgusting. When they wanted the first payment they called me every hour, but when I did they stopped answering me for days and they didn't give me a receipt. The advisor who had the property knew absolutely nothing about the property, the good thing was that the owner had to go and give us the information we needed, because the advisor was 0% trained. I told them that the house needed 3 light bulbs, that a drain was clogged and a faucet was leaking, and they told me "you have to fix that, not the owner, since it is not something that prevents you from inhabiting the property." They are a new form of real estate but with these experiences they never make you want to deal with them.
