G	Gabriel Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy descuidado el gym,está muy viejito,la mitad de los aparatos no funcionan y necesitan mantenimiento los que tienen y los entrenadores desatentos no están capacitados,el techo se está cayendo todo húmedo. El gym tiene potencial para ser un gran gym pero necesita otra administración, está muy desmotivante. The gym is very neglected, it is very old, half of the equipment does not work and the ones they have need maintenance and the inattentive trainers are not trained, the ceiling is falling all damp. The gym has the potential to be a great gym but it needs another administration, it is very demotivating.

Z	Zarzox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varias máquinas para hacer ejercicio, aunque algunas se encuentran en estado de deterioro. Un instructor solo comenta como se usa la máquina pero no aconseja cuánto se debe de hacer o lo que realmente quieres hacer, ya sea por salud, bajar peso, aumentar el cardio o ganar masa muscular. Recomiendo investigar y tener propia rutina para este gimnasio. Algo rescatable es que la mayoría de las máquinas tiene una pegatina de instrucciones de cómo usar el aparato, solo que se encuentra en inglés. No es muy lujoso pero tampoco muy obsoleta, cubre lo que se requiere. Several exercise machines, although some are in a state of deterioration. An instructor only comments on how the machine is used but does not advise how much should be done or what you really want to do, whether for health, lose weight, increase cardio or gain muscle mass. I recommend researching and having your own routine for this gym. Something salvageable is that most machines have an instruction sticker on how to use the device, only that it is in English. It is not very luxurious but also not very obsolete, it covers what is required.
