It is very tasty but their service is very bad, it takes around 1 hour to deliver your order and at home 10 minutes they tell you in 10 minutes their order is there and if they spend 10 to 10 when according to them it takes 25 minutes just that is what fails them

A few months ago I bought in that place and I really liked your product. Excellent taste, quality and price. In an order, which I went to pick up since I recommended them to my visit, they gave me everything wrong, they did not come with dressings and the hamburgers without accompanying jalapeños, when calling they asked me how the same thing happened 4 times, what did you order? In whose name? What was missing? What was wrong? Until they finally accepted and sent me only 2 dressings and they told me that the hamburger does not have jalapeños. Super maal. There are 2 times that I call in different weeks and different days and they just say we don't have anything anymore. The lack of attention from the staff would help a lot to not let them down. One of those days they had just published and when they called they no longer had anything. A week ago I ordered on a Saturday, they gave me an hour for delivery, the boneless arrived super toasty, it even hurt to chew. What a disappointment. Hopefully the owners pay more attention to their orders, the employees have better tact and return to their quality. The prices increased and it is understandable, what is not understandable is their lack of attention.
