★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargar con antelación y pagar la mayor parte no sirve si te hacen esperar más de hora y media fuera, aunque el diseño estuvo acorde a lo encargado y el sabor fuera bueno, se me dificulta poder recomendarlos con estos problemas.
Ordering in advance and paying for most of it is useless if they make you wait more than an hour and a half outside, although the design was in accordance with what was ordered and the taste was good, it is difficult for me to recommend them with these problems.

Lo malo? Tuve que esperar por el más de 1hr y media, siendo que se encargó con mucha antelación y una semana antes se confirmó. La pastelera al final salió a entregar en la banqueta, cómo si no nos hubiera hecho esperar y sólo dijo "disculpa, lo tuve que meter al congelador".
Cero atención al cliente físicamente. No me imagino si lo hubiera recogido el día de la fiesta.
The taste of regular cake, the very striking model with high attention to detail.
The bad? I had to wait for more than 1 hour and a half, since it was ordered well in advance and a week before it was confirmed. The pastry chef finally came out to deliver to the sidewalk, as if she hadn't kept us waiting and just said "sorry, I had to put it in the freezer."
Zero customer service physically. I can't imagine if I would have picked it up the day of the party.
