★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes la biblioteca estaba en silencio me concentraba bien, ahora parece sala de charlas.. el personal que está a cargo no guarda silencio alguno en muy pocos ratos pero llegan otras personas y se ponen a platicar, y hasta habia un bebé esa vez.. yo estaba estudiando para mi examen y me tuve que retirar, empezo a llorar la pequeña.. ya no me puedo concentrar en ese lugar.
Before, the library was silent, I concentrated well, now it looks like a chat room... the staff in charge does not keep silent for a very short time, but other people arrive and start talking, and there was even a baby that time... I was studying for my exam and I had to leave, the little girl started crying... I can no longer concentrate in that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para los servicios qué brindan tienen una terrible atención y están super desorganizados. Las oficinas y el espacio esta sucio. Y los seudo servidores públicos con kinder trunco. De lo peor.!
For the services they provide, they have terrible attention and are super disorganized. The offices and the space is dirty. And the pseudo public servants with truncated kindergarten. Of the worst.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre está solo, los que vigilan la puerta,en el chisme,sólo hay oficina de correos adentro, lo demás solo. En cambio a los ancianos los tienen afuera en el sol haciendo fila, qué poca, deberían pasarlos, ponerles sillas en lo que esperan y entregarles adentro sus cosas. Para rematar, hay una lona a la entrada de casa de la cultura que dice "trabajamos bajo protesta porque no nos han pagado en aguinaldo". Atención @gobiernodetonala pongan atención a esos problemas que afectan a los adultos mayores.
He is always alone, those who watch the door, in gossip, there is only post office inside, the rest alone. Excellent place but it is very neglected and the space of the House of Culture is invaded by government offices that are not even relevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi calificación es por el pésimo servicio que prestan para los derechohabientes de mi pasaje (estudiantes y/o adultos mayores) solo hay una persona atendiendo a los registros y para las recargas hay otra señorita que trata de la patada a los adultos mayores les regaña diciendo "no se pongan en la puerta... Les digo que no se pongan ahí aaaay porque se viene si yo solo dije que uno, que se peguen a la pared..." En fin en el pedir está el dar se puede poner orden para el trámite hablándoles con respeto y paciencia ... En verdad no sé porque está esa mujer atendiendo ahí ojalá y sea removida de ese cargo
My qualification is due to the terrible service they provide for the beneficiaries of my ticket (students and/or older adults) there is only one person attending to the registrations and for the recharges there is another lady who tries to kick the older adults, she scolds them saying "Don't stand at the door... I tell them not to stand there, aaaay, because if I only said one, they'll stick to the wall..." In short, in asking there is giving, you can put order for the process, speaking to them with respect and patience... I really don't know why that woman is attending there, hopefully she will be removed from that position
