★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve bien la comida, solo se ve porque es peligrosisima, íbamos a comer ahí pero al percatarnos que los empleados que preparaban los alimentos no traían cubrebocas poniéndonos en peligro a los comensales decidimos comer otra cosa, deberían clausurar o al menos despedir a esos empleados, como referencia para los dueños si quieren tomar cartas en el asunto son los empleados que estaban el lunes 18 de abril del 2022 a las 12:30 de la tarde cuidado porque ponen en peligro su negocio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tiempo de espera Cerca de 40 minutos para un sushi y la chica cotorreando con su comadre que nomas me daba la vuelta. Si no quieren perder su tiempo mejor vayan por una pizza dominós al lado del establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida bien, el servicio malo. No tomaron mi orden completa y además entregaron algunos pedidos antes que el mío y mi orden entró antes de esos pedidos. La señora de la caja que parece la gerente del lugar o la responsable muy poco amable.
Food good, service bad. They didn't take my entire order and they also delivered some orders before mine and my order came in before those orders. The lady at the register who seems like the manager of the place or the person in charge very unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen concepto de restaurante su comida muy rica con el precio justo y sus promociones, pero cada vez el SERVICIO ES ENEFICIENTE larga espera para recibir pedidos tanto en mesa , para recoger en tienda o en Rappi , hoy me tocó ver al personal de cocina atendiendo mesas, tomando pedidos por teléfono, la cajera armando pedidos para llevar, conté alrededor de 4 empleados en el restaurante, algunos con una actitud pésima y otrós salvando el barco disculpándose por sus compañeros y el servicio tan lento, por falta de personal , yo veo tantas sucursales es en buen restaurante cuiden a sus empleados!! Paguen bien pongan transporte de personal y no tendrán ni rotación ni gente que dura lo que aguantan estar !!! Y los que están aguantando es por necesidad no por gusto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy limpio, el servicio un poco lento a pesar de no haber más de dos mesas ocupadas. La comida buena. Cuando ya sólo quedábamos nosotros, una de las chicas se puso a barrer al lado nuestro, me hubiera gustado que lo hiciera después que no tuviera clientes dentro del establecimiento (se sintió presión para que nos apuraramos a salir).
The place is very clean, the service a bit slow despite not having more than two occupied tables. The food good. When we were the only ones left, one of the girls started sweeping next to us, I would have liked her to do it after she had no customers inside the establishment (there was pressure for us to hurry out).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy malo, no se dan abasto con los pedidos para comer aquí y con los que son para llevar. Ya con mesa un par de rollos demoraron casi 1 hora. La actitud de la mesera de lentes es terrible, necesitan más organización y buena atención al cliente. Llegamos y los platos de los comensales anteriores estaban en la mesa, nosotros comimos y nunca retiraron platos tampoco. 1/5 debido a que no puedo poner 0.
Very bad service, they can't cope with the orders to eat here and with those that are to go. Already with a table a couple of rolls took almost 1 hour. The attitude of the glasses waitress is terrible, they need more organization and good customer service. We arrived and the plates of the previous diners were on the table, we ate and they never removed plates either. 1/5 because I can't put 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es asequible. Sin embargo, el ssbor de los platillos deja mucho que desear. El udon, saladísiml; el Maki Dragón Roll, dulcísimo; el helado tempura, dulce a más no poder. El campus muy mal balanceado. Lo único de sabor neutro fue el sashimi mixto.
Realmente muy malos los sabores.
El servicio es por lo que le pongo 2 estrellas. Normal. Ni bueno ni malo.
The price is affordable. However, the flavor of the cymbals leaves much to be desired. The udon, very salty; the Maki Dragon Roll, very sweet; the tempura ice cream, sweet as hell. Very poorly balanced campus. The only thing neutral in flavor was the mixed sashimi.
Really very bad flavors.
The service is why I give it 2 stars. Normal. Not good not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre compro en la sucursal del Refugio porque entre semana tienen la promo de 2x1. Esta semana fui a la sucursal de paseo Querétaro y la verdad que no me gustó el trato, todo de mala gana. El sushi me gustó, no es el mejor sushi pero la relación precio calidad no se me hace mala.
I always buy at the Refugio branch because during the week they have the 2x1 promo. This week I went to the Paseo Querétaro branch and the truth is that I did not like the treatment, all reluctantly. I liked the sushi, it's not the best sushi but the price-quality ratio is not bad for me.
