★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Fuí al servicio dental por una endodoncia con la "Dra." Lourdes Tlacuilo. me cobró $800, me dió de alta y nunca me tomó una radiografía. Me tomé por mi propia cuenta la radiografía y resultó que no tenía endodoncia. Presenté mi queja y la "doctora" aceptó que no me había hecho nada y se negaba a regresarme mi dinero, tuvo que intervenir su supervisora pero se ve que están coludidos con los supervisores. Sólo quiero recomendar a las personas que tengan cuidado de pagar por algo que no les están haciendo.
Appalling. I went to the dental service for a root canal with "Dra." Lourdes Tlacuilo. He charged me $ 800, discharged me, and never took an x-ray. I took the X-ray on my own and it turned out I had no root canal. I filed my complaint and the "doctor" accepted that she had done nothing to me and refused to return my money, her supervisor had to intervene but it is seen that they are in collusion with the supervisors.
