★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno, se ve bien aún q las casas son pequeñas, la primera vez q fui el asesor muy amable y muy simpático, nos explico muchas cosas, aún q como ya era muy tarde no logramos pasar a las casas de venta, nos sugirio una siguiente visita. Excelente vendedor, la gestora de venta q fue quien me contacto y estuvo al pendiente la señora Marta también muy amable, excelente persona, solo q el día q fuimos a la visita para poder ver las casas de venta y escoger la ubicación q íbamos a comprar, nos atendió una señora no muy amable y un tanto grosera. Optamos por no comprar ahí.
The place is good, it looks good even though the houses are small, the first time I was the very friendly and very nice advisor, he explained many things to us, even though as it was too late we could not go to the houses for sale, we suggested a next visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas excelentes y se ven de calidad por ser de GP vivienda, pero la ubicación es mala tanto para entrar y salir a la colonia hay demasiado tráfico y se ve inseguro, deberían poner un puente que conecte con av. Raúl Salinas, si tienes carro es excelente pero aún así te tocará el tráfico de hasta 30 min para salir
