El tema en contra de la zona es que entre ella y el centro de Toluca se vienen construyendo varios complejos habitacionales lo que hace y va a hacer que el tráfico sea de consideración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condición del fraccionamiento, tranquilo para habitar, cuenta con escuelas, canchas y un parque. Solo que la calle principal la utilizan como doble siendo que solo es de un solo sentido y los vigilantes no hacen nada
Excellent condition fractionation, quiet to live, has schools, courts and a playground. Only the main street being used as a double is only one way and the guards do nothing
