Agradable pero le falta estilo.

Simplemente diremos que en esta casa te sientes parte de la familia, con los espacios que tiene para compartir y la gente que en ella vive diariamente el ambiente es muy agradable.

Definitivamente un excelente lugar para vivir, conocer amigos y nuevas culturas. Los meses que estuve ahí realmente me hicieron sentir en casa, súper recomendable, no se van a arrepentir.

Watch out. The landlords called Salvador and Fernando. They won`t pay you back your desposit if you pay the rent for your last months.

Casa Santos is the best option to live in Cholula for exchange students and international students! The location is excellent, there's a good ambiance, all services are included and the house has a terrace with a lovely view over Cholula

With Maximilian we had an unpleasant experience by not respecting the rules of coexistence, the neighbors and destroying various furniture in the house. We welcome all the international students in our different locations, our reputation and reviews from all over the world and social networks are with us.

Fair is the best i can provide. The landlords philosophy is "if you want something fixed, do it yourself and we wont reimburse you for it" Things go by without fixing for months (At least the 6 months i was there). no intent to improve any of the facilities, the owner is annoying AF, the landlord (Not the same person is an ass). Humidity damage all over the place, yes they "clean" once a week but that basically just pouring a cleaning product and mop it. The location is great, close to everything and incredibly safe (For Mexican standards). For a bit more you will find better places within a 2 block radius, Which i was dared to do by the landlord, hence im moving. If you are ok with the facilities on their current state and do not expect anything from the place this might be a good choice for you,on the other hand if you like stuff to get fixed when it gets damaged and you have standards you may be better off looking somewhere else. The photos in google are absolutely nothing like the actual state of the place. Also two of their 8 reviews a 25% of this reviews are from the administrators of the house, shady as fudge.

Nice house keeper but the house is very old and not working well (water, gas, cleanliness) and nothing is done to make it better. It rained into my room and absolutely nothing was done to fix it quickly. There is no security to close the room so some stuffs were stolen (coat, computer). I would not recommend it.
