 They haven't painted the facade for a long time and the gardens are poorly maintained, the place is dimly lit at night.

Departamentos pequeños, problemas de plomerías viejas y mucha gente del abastos vive ahí por lo que son algo conflictivos
There is no maintenance so the green areas are neglected, poor lighting, the parking lot and the entrance of some buildings are flooded.
Small departments, problems of old plumbing and many people of supplies live there so they are somewhat conflicting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de estar cerca de la Expo Guadalajara el lugar está carente de estética en su infraestructura el estacionamiento esta muy sucio y mal organizado, al igual pasa con las áreas comunes les falta limpieza. Al llegar al lugar de noche no da confianza.
Despite being close to the Guadalajara Expo, the place is lacking in aesthetics in its infrastructure, the parking lot is very dirty and poorly organized, as well as the common areas lacking cleanliness. Arriving at night does not give confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las rentas de los departamentos son muy baratas, desde los 3,500 a los 4,000. Su ubicación es privilegiada al estar cerca de expo Guadalajara y zonas residenciales.
Contras:
El condominio no se encuentra con acceso controlado y encuentras personas que no viven ahi, caminas por los andadores y encuentras vagabundos drogándose, vandalismo y con riesgo de ser victima de un asalto.
En temporada de lluvias sufres de inundaciones, los departamentos de planta baja tienen en sus accesos bardas de hasta 60cm.
Todas estas situaciones pudieran cambiar si los 480 departamentos se pusieran de acuerdo y existiera orden.
Apartment rents are very cheap, from 3,500 to 4,000. Its location is privileged as it is close to Expo Guadalajara and residential areas.
Cons:
The condominium is not with controlled access and you find people who do not live there, you walk through the walkways and you find homeless people taking drugs, vandalism and at risk of being the victim of an assault.
In the rainy season you suffer from flooding, the ground floor apartments have fences of up to 60cm at their entrances.
All these situations could change if the 480 departments agreed and there was order.
