★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en esta Unidad desde hace más de 10 años y he tenido pocas quejas de ella. Su administración es buena con sus contratiempos. Creo que los problemas principales son:
- El ruido (a veces ensordecedor) de los camiones entrando a ciudad.
- El agua que a veces falta (pero hay una cisterna bastante eficiente).
- El recibo del agua que ha estado llegando por más de 900 pesos desde hace más de un año.
Los vecinos son educados, la seguridad es buena, los espacios comunales limpios, los jardines cuidados, cerca del centro de Tlalpan, me parece un buen lugar para familias pequeñas o habitantes solos.
I have lived in this Unit for over 10 years and have had few complaints about it. His administration is good with his setbacks. I think the main problems are:
- The noise (sometimes deafening) of the trucks entering the city.
- The water that is sometimes lacking (but there is a fairly efficient cistern).
- The water bill that has been arriving for more than 900 pesos for more than a year.
The neighbors are polite, the security is good, the communal spaces are clean, the gardens are well cared for, near the center of Tlalpan, I think it's a good place for small families or single residents.
