J	Javier Jiménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awful experience. I did my reservation by Booking a week previously of my staying and when I arrived they told me that there were no rooms of two beds. They try to fix it adding an extra individual bed to a single bed room but it was not what I wanted. Besides they wanted me to pay the same price. It's near the centre of Morelia but I would not recommend this place.

The beds are really bad and the bathroom door is made of plastic. In the other hand the food was good and the service is good

L	Liz Davalos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my stay here, i come every year and the service is always very good. You will literally be in the center of Morelia. To see the arcs and the churches. Rooms are ok, basic. But you get what you pay for. If you buy online you get a really good price.

J	Josh L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in downtown morelia, the rooms are ok. The cleaning service is daily but they use the same towels and bedding. I honestly thought they were changed out daily. You get what you paid for! The restaurant is very good though.
R	Ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's close to the downtown area for all sorts of shopping, eating, and sightseeing, with on-site parking, which says a lot for the location, and right next to a relaxing garden space. The lobby/dining area is one of the nicest rustic colonial indoor spaces in town, however their kitchen is open for breakfast only. Rooms are standard size but comfortable, covid protocols are in effect however they are requested and not enforced.
