★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio pésimo, el medico que atendió a mí perro ni siquiera hizo el intento de ayudarme a subirlo (26 kg) a la mesa de exploración, me cobro carisimo y ni siquiera me dio medicamentos. Tardo muchísimo (45 min. Aprox) en atenderlo y eso que era el único, yo no lo recomiendo para una URGENCIA
The terrible service, the doctor who treated my dog did not even try to help me get him (26 kg) to the examination table, he charged me very expensive and did not even give me medicine. It took a long time (45 min. Approx) to attend him and that was the only one, I do not recommend him for an EMERGENCY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi perrita la cuidaron muy bien. Me dieron comentarios de cómo comía y si se alteraba o no. Me mandaban video diario para “evidenciar” cómo estaba y todo muy bien.
Recomiendo que pidan que los bañen antes de que se los enteeguen porque como conviven con muchos perritos si salen algo sucios.
De el precio no puedo opinar porque no he tenido otras experiencias. Pero después de esta primera vez, sin duda regresaremos cuando se necesite, me dio mucha confianza. :)
Sugiero que tengan más cuidado o limpieza en el lugar ya que su cama me la entregaron sucia, pero nada grave.
They took good care of my dog. They gave me feedback on how he ate and if he was upset or not. They sent me daily video to "show" how I was doing and everything was fine.
I recommend that you ask to be bathed before they are handed over to you because as they live with many dogs if they come out somewhat dirty.
I cannot comment on the price because I have not had other experiences. But after this first time, we will certainly come back when needed, it gave me a lot of confidence. :)
I suggest that they take more care or cleaning the place since their bed was delivered to me dirty, but nothing serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues hay que decir que mi perro fue entregado sin ningún daño físico o psicológico. Solo que yo esperaba más un hotel para perros que una perrera o así lo sentí.
- Mi perro olía muy mal para solo cuatro días ahí pero bueno nada que un baño no arregle.
- Tienen dos patios uno de cemento y un patio con césped muy bonito pero ninguno de los vídeos que mandaron estaba ahí, ni aparece jugando con perros o con el cuidador. Solo era un vídeo de 10 segundo de mi perro en el patio de cemento. Si le pides otro vídeo inmediatamente cuánto te lo manda si te lo manda pero si se lo pides 1 o 2 horas después no responde. Lo que me hace pensar que lo sacan nada más un par de minutos al día para el vídeo y ya pero pues no sé.
- La cuidadora nunca interactúo con mi perro desde que llegó hasta que se fue y pues no sé qué pensar de un cuidador que no adora a los perros. Y cuando nos entrego al perro fue muy antipática y casi casi nos corrió.
- Resumen esperaba un hotel donde jugarán con mi perro y que mi perro se divirtiera. Lo que obtuve fue una perrera que alimento a mi perro y lo saco al patio a qué caminara un poco algunos minutos al día.
-Estuvo 4 noche y 4 días pero me cobraron por 5 días (1500 pesos)... Entro jueves en la noche salió lunes en la tarde.
Well, it must be said that my dog was delivered without any physical or psychological damage. I just expected a dog hotel more than a kennel or so I felt.
- My dog smelled very bad for only four days there but hey nothing that a bath does not fix.
- They have two patios, one made of cement and a patio with a very nice lawn but none of the videos they sent was there, nor does it appear playing with dogs or with the caretaker. It was just a 10 second video of my dog on the concrete patio. If you ask him for another video immediately, how much does he send it to you if he sends it to you but if you ask him 1 or 2 hours later, he does not respond. Which makes me think that they take it out for just a couple of minutes a day for the video and that's it, but I don't know.
- The sitter never interacted with my dog from when he arrived until he left and I don't know what to think of a sitter who doesn't love dogs. And when she gave us the dog she was very unfriendly and almost ran us off.
- Summary I expected a hotel where they will play with my dog and that my dog will have fun. What I got was a kennel that I feed my dog and take him out to the yard to walk for a few minutes a day.
-She stayed 4 nights and 4 days but they charged me for 5 days (1500 pesos) ... I entered Thursday night, left Monday afternoon.
