Pretty cenote, but crowded (obviously since you can only get there by the boat tour. Cute little restaurant.

Great reprieve from the sun and heat. Highly recommend although can be busy and crowded. Introduction to cenotes is you've never done one. Small but fun.

It's a nice pit stop on an tour. Well worth the visit to the only fresh water source on the island. There is a small bar/cafe and plenty of places to picnic (if time is allowed). Use biodegradable, reef-safe, organic sunscreen. Otherwise it's prohibited.

Most boring and unspectacular cenote i have been to so far.. you have yo pay 50 MX$ entry and another 20MX$ to rent a mandatory life vest.. in addition to that there are so many people there that it feels more like a cozy whirlpool. Dont go!!!

Can be a bit crowded and overly regulated. Water is clear for viewing fish. An interesting place that is typically part of a multi-island tour from Holbox. There are better cenotes in other parts of Mexico.

The water is absolutely crystal clear and very refreshing. We had a blast swimming here for about half an hour. Well worth it! It’s stunning.

Yalahau is a freshwater cenote steps away from the salty ocean. The water is nice and refreshing. They have an area were you can hang around in hammocks and also a restaurant and a bar. You can climb the lookout and get a great view of this hole and the ocean and the jungle that surrounds it. The only way to get here is by boat ride. The boat rides cost about $10 usd per person. The entry fee is about $2.50 usd. Fee includes vest, which is mandatory, and snorkel gear. The cenote is small and if you have been there for a while and it starts getting crowded they might ask you to step out for a while so that other people can enjoy. But you will be able to go back after the crowds die down.
