Aparte de que se tardaron, sus precios por la reparación fue excesivamente cara. Tuve que ir a recogerla y me la terminaron dando toda desarmada y con una pieza rota. Pague solamente el servicio para que me dijeran que tenía mal y según me la iban a "preparar" para llevármela y me la dieron hasta sin manguera de agua. Fatal, no regreso. Mucho tiempo perdido. Le mostré una hidrolavadora de la marca lavor, con las mismas características la cual trabaja al mismo ritmo que la que me vendió y lleva 8 meses sin ningún mantenimiento y tengo garantía de 1 año, se los comento para piensen al momento de comprar un equipo. Para mí la marca Karcher solo es fachada.
