J	Jacky Roses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, compré una batería para mí computadora y tuvo defectos así que la cambie por garantía, obviamente tuve que entregar la que tenía, me hicieron ir durante 3 meses cada semana a mí y a mi pareja para ver si estaba porque no la sabían rastrear, y ya pasaron 7 meses y no me han dado mi batería, ni regresado mi dinero, simplemente me hacen ghosting en redes y al llamar bloquearon mi número de teléfono, incluso una de las veces que fuí uno de sus propios empleados me dijo que mejor contactara a Profeco porque el gerente no estaba poniendo seriedad en el asunto, cosa que claramente comenzaré hacer. Horrible, I bought a battery for my computer and it had defects so I changed it for warranty, obviously I had to deliver the one I had, they made me and my partner go for 3 months every week to see if it was because they did not know how to track it, and 7 months have passed and they have not given me my battery, nor did they return my money, they simply ghosted me on networks and when I called they blocked my phone number, even one of the times I was one of their own employees told me to better contact Profeco because the manager was not getting serious about it, which I will clearly begin to do.
E	Estef Echeveste on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lento e ineficiente tanto el trabajo de reparación como el del poco personal, no tienen suficiente personal ni capacidad para atender clientes en la tienda, pasar reporte del producto o dar seguimiento de este, ni contestar teléfonos ni nada, para un problema sencillo te tardan como 2 meses y en ese tiempo jamás se comunican, uno tiene que estar marcando todo el tiempo para preguntar y en ocasiones ni razón te saben dar, si no pueden con el trabajo que tienen en general deberían como empresa contratar a más personal capacitado tanto en compras, reparaciones técnicas y hasta para trato con el cliente porque en todo esta pésimo. Too slow and inefficient, both the repair work and the lack of staff, they do not have enough staff or capacity to serve customers in the store, pass on product reports or follow up on it, or answer phones or anything, for a simple problem they take you like 2 months and in that time they never communicate, one has to be dialing all the time to ask and sometimes they don't know how to give you, if they can't with the job they have in general, they should as a company hire more trained personnel both in purchases, technical repairs and even to deal with the client because everything is lousy.

La respuesta por parte de su servicio es super lenta no tienen refacciones, no te brinda un servicio de calidad y es un verdadero mentecato creyendo que es dueño de la tienda. En otra ocasión llamé para solicitar precio de rollo para plotter, me iban a mandar la info por correo y nunca me llegó el dato. Compro bastantes insumos para plotter y prefiero hacerlo con otros distribuidores porque aquí es un pésimo servicio. horrible attention on the phone, they left me on the phone hanging for more than 10 minutes, they did not answer me to provide me with the price of an ink. Pieza que era pirata, ya llevé mi computadora a un buen servicio a quitar su pila pirata.
