Today 02-25-2021 they just gave me my lap top, after going several times to the branch, unanswered phone calls as well as messages on WhatsApp. The manager without knowledge of the activities of her staff, all the people who work there have no commitment to us as buyers of HP products. And finally, I do not recommend even by mistake this branch for me to fix or repair any computer equipment.

Very bad service, they made me lose my printer, first they never gave me a solution, they never found according to the piece and they told me to wait, wait and even though I called every month or every two months, it turned out that my team was sent to the warehouse due to abandonment, I complained to them and they offered me another used printer with or compensation, I accepted it and it turned out that they did not have it available, that I had to buy a new one for 3700 pesos and they deducted 800 pesos and my printer was worth 5000 pesos... Bad service and they did not I recommend... I have already been in contact with you all the time, you have my data when I call and they even recognize me because they know what the matter is, and time will continue to pass and over time OS will give me a solution, the only thing left for me is to qualify As disastrous your service, I do not deny your kindness, but no fan solution, they already lost my multifunctional why I did not abandon it, they lost it... And I will pay for the broken dishes. Well, they will continue without giving me a solution, because there are already 3 different people who attend to me and none gives me a solution and when I accept the proposal they gave me, they backed down... And they distanced themselves from the problem

I took an HP laptop for warranty and they delivered it to me the same day and at no cost because it was under warranty. For HP warranties, I do recommend it.
