Acudí y quedaron de llamar para darmecotización, al no recibir respuesta, estuve llamando, no contestaban en la ext. 119 De soporte porque ya había renunciado la persona y luego que el nuevo tampoco había ido. Nuevamente ayer me pidieron mis datos y se comprometió a devolverme la llamada, cosa que nunca sucedió. Hoy por 3a vez llame y nuevamente pedían mis datos... Terrible service. Además, no cuentan con los accesorios y tienes que esperar semanas para que los lleve el proveedor. Bad customer service: one of the guys at the counter spent his time talking on the phone pests of his colleagues and showed no interest in what I was requesting. He ido en persona y la persona de mostrador es muy amable y te atiende bien. Decepciona el trato que te dan, ojala reaccionen no son la única tienda en la ciudad. Terrible phone support / In person is good I have called 4 times for a quote and they never call you back or give you information. I have been in person and the front desk person is very friendly and takes good care of you. The treatment they give you is disappointing, hopefully they react they are not the only store in town.
