Su servicio es bueno y rápido si ya sabes porqué vas, de otro modo (si vas buscando orientación), la verdad, ve a otro lugar (tipo La Plaza de la Tecnología). Lleve mi equipo HP All-in-One para hacer efecto de mi garantía ya que presentó un defecto de fabrica, y solo "corrigieron" momentáneamente el problema, no lo solucionaron. Ahora sigo pagando un equipo que prácticamente no uso porque es demasiado lento. Muy mal servicio, ahora no me dan confianza y no recomendaría la marca para ya que al hacer efectiva la garantía no soy responsables.
