No pueden solucionar un pequeño problema, compré un cargador y me hicieron venir 2 veces, que tenía que traer la computadora para verificar que el cargador, comprado en este establecimiento, efectivamente no funcionara, es ilógico, total regresé con el equipo y se hicieron las pruebas, y su cargador no funcionaba en realidad, ahora me dicen que tengo que esperar 30 días para que me repongan el cargador. Fatal servicio, no lo recomiendo. No pierdan su tiempo, según son expertos en Hp y nada que ver. Terrible service!
