★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco de lugar las mucamas te roban de las maletas fui a comer i conocer un poco toluca i cuando llego me faltaba ropa un pequeño monedero le dije ala recepcionista i que no que aqui no pasa eso que yo perdi mis cosas le dije qie me deje ver la camara por qie habia una en el pasillo que no se podia que estaba prohibido un horrible servicio no lo recomiendo (lo barato sale caro)

Las camas son muy cómodas y siempre hay agua caliente, el internet es cuestionable pero repente de la habitación, tiene estacionamiento solo que hay un problema con que se pierden algunas cosas como ropa o artículos pequeños de los cuales no te das cuenta asta que los buscas. PRECAUCIÓN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo del cuarto es de 300 pesos aproximadamente, los cuartos no se encuentran en malas condiciones, el único inconveniente es la persona que está encargada de la recepción por la mañana. El día 01 de Diciembre me alojé con mi pareja y al momento de entregar el cuarto la encargada se portó muy grosera. No recomiendo el lugar por lo mismo, pésimo servicio.
The cost of the room is 300 pesos approximately, the rooms are not in bad conditions, the only drawback is the person who is in charge of the reception in the morning. On December 1st, I stayed with my partner and when the room was delivered, the attendant behaved very rudely. I do not recommend the place for the same, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RATEROS ... te piden un deposito por los controles de TV .. luego se meten a tu habitación a bolsear tus pertenencias y toman los controles .. luego te dicen que Tú los llevaste
El mismo día al pagar con tarjeta ... nos ocultaron la terminal y nuestra tarjeta .. pudimos darnos cuenta que estaban tomando los datos de la tarjeta y anotándolos (para robarte)
NO se hospeden en este hotel !!
RATEROS ... they ask you for a deposit for the TV controls .. then they go to your room to bag your belongings and take the controls .. then they tell you that you took them
The same day when paying with a card ... they hid the terminal and our card from us .. we could realize that they were taking the card details and writing them down (to rob you)
DO NOT stay at this hotel !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son cómodas, el baño limpio, tiene una buena vista a la Torre Bicentenario que se aprecia mucho mejor de noche.
Tiene restaurante con horario de servicio específico. Cafetera libre las 24 horas y bufete en las mañanas (cereal, leche, jugo, café, té, pan, fruta).
Es un lugar tranquilo y apasible.
Hay WiFi pero la señal no llega a todas las habitaciones.
The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom clean, has a good view of the Bicentennial Tower that is much better at night.
It has a restaurant with a specific service schedule. Free coffee machine 24 hours a day and buffet in the mornings (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, bread, fruit).
It is a quiet and peaceful place.
There is WiFi but the signal does not reach all the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, me pareció bien el costo por servicio, incluye un desayuno sencillo, que yo no tomé porque ya tenía una invitación a desayunar, por lo cual no puedo opinar mucho al respecto. En cuanto a la habitación, es bastante espaciosa, pero dado las fechas y los frentes fríos que se han presentado en el país, como recomendación , sugeriría conectores extras en las habitaciones. Y también más contactos, dado que en la habitación en la que me quedé sólo había un contacto junto a las camas. El agua caliente es estupenda, y fuera de los detalles anteriores que comenté, me pareció muy bien.

As for the room, it is quite spacious, but given the dates and the cold fronts that have been presented in the country, as a recommendation, I would suggest extra connectors in the rooms. And also more contacts, since in the room where I stayed there was only one contact next to the beds. The hot water is great, and out of the previous details that I mentioned, it seemed very good.
