★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la recepcionista se tardó demasiado en cobrarnos porque se la pasaba platicando y contestando mensajes en el celular. Total falta de respeto como si no estuviera uno parado ahí. La actitud del resto del personal no es mejor y actúan como si te hicieran un favor.
Terrible service, the receptionist took too long to charge us because she kept talking and answering messages on her cell phone. Total lack of respect as if one were not standing there. The attitude of the rest of the staff is not better and they act as if they did you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó un servicio de maravilla, rápido y a pesar de que deben hacerte un montón de cosas y procedimientos tuvieron un extremo cuidado y atención. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
I had a wonderful service, fast and despite the fact that they have to do a lot of things and procedures they had extreme care and attention. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me hicieron pagar por adelantado, sus maquinas "se trabaron" me pidieron que regresara en un momento, volví antes de la hora de cierre y ya me habían cerrado las puertas. Me urgían las radiografías y a pesar de que les pagué no me las tomaron.
Terrible service. They made me pay in advance, their machines "crashed" they asked me to come back in a moment, I came back before closing time and they had already closed the doors. The x-rays were urgent and even though I paid them they did not take them.

Terrible service, they do not give appointments and more than an hour to take a small X-ray only one person inside. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo llevo 3 semanas intentando realizar unos estudios con ellos y de 3 citas que realicé dos citas no funcionaron sus aparatos. La primer ocasión tuvieron la amabilidad de avisarme y reprogramar, la segunda cita realicé una cancelación con tiempo y para la tercer cita nuevamente estaban mal los aparatos y no me avisaron debido a que no se tomaron el tiempo de marcar en su agenda mi cambio de cita (realizada una semana antes).
Terrible I have been 3 weeks trying to carry out some studies with them and of 3 appointments that I made two appointments their devices did not work. The first time they were kind enough to notify me and reschedule, the second appointment I made a cancellation in time and for the third appointment the devices were again bad and they did not notify me because they did not take the time to mark my appointment change in their agenda (made a week before).
