Como una mujer con un auto, yo estaba siempre preocupado por llevar mi carro al mecánico y que cobran por cosas que no se necesitaba!
En mis experiencias en Tijuana, siempre he cuestionado la integridad de muchos mecánicos que he utilizado en el pasado, y nunca estaba seguro de si estaba haciendo el trabajo que dijo que eran.
Decidí llevar mi carro a HR Mecánica Integral. Busque talleres de transmisiones automáticas en Guadalajara en google. Y ellos tenían una opinión de otro cliente. Me convencí. La experiencia fue muy buena!
El taller está aceptable, el personal es amable, pero lo mejor de todo, ellos hacen lo que dicen que van a hacer!
Lo recomiendo HR Mecánica por todo su trabajo mecánico. El equipo tiene integridad, tuvieron mucho cuidado con el carro, pero lo mejor de todo, se ocupará de mi de maravilla! El nivel de atención al cliente es incomparable con cualquier otros talleres que he estado.

As a woman with a car, I was always worried about taking my car to the mechanic and charging for things that were not needed!
In my experiences in Tijuana, I have always questioned the integrity of many mechanics that I have used in the past, and I was never sure if I was doing the job they said they were.
I decided to take my car to HR Integral Mechanics. Search for automatic transmission workshops in Guadalajara on google. And they had an opinion from another client. I convinced myself. The experience was very good!
The workshop is acceptable, the staff is friendly, but best of all, they do what they say they will do!
I recommend HR Mechanics for all its mechanical work. The team has integrity, they were very careful with the car, but best of all, it will take care of me wonderfully! The level of customer service is incomparable with any other workshops I have been to.

Venimos de paso de Gdl a Tepic y tuvimos una falla mecánica, googlemaps nos trajo aquí.
Al final no fue un grave problema y el tiempo que dedicó el mecánico a la revisión, diagnóstico y compostura, fue completamente honesto y profesional.
