Tuve la mala experiencia de probar sus productos argumentando ser mejores que los alemanes de KURZ , pero es falso. La calidad del producto deja mucho que desear, es un producto con mala, nula o falsa certificación, no son capaces de asegurar que su producto mantenga un estándar de calidad, ante cualquier variación prefieren perder al cliente que reponer sus productos, no se responsabiliza ni la fabrica y mucho menos el distribuidor HS Aler, piénsenlo mucho antes de comprar con esta empresa, por mucho, pero por mucho yo recomiendo mejor usar KURZ, ese si es realmente un producto excelente.
Very bad the product of Crown Roll Leaf, Inc that distributes this company and worse still the service of HS ALER MEXICO. I had the bad experience of trying their products arguing to be better than the Germans of KURZ, but it is false. The quality of the product leaves much to be desired, it is a product with bad, null or false certification, they are not able to ensure that their product maintains a quality standard, before any variation they prefer to lose the customer than replace their products, they are not responsible or the factory and much less the HS Aler distributor, think about it long before buying with this company, by far, but by far I better recommend using KURZ, that is really an excellent product.
