★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobran comisión por pagos con tarjeta lo cual no debe hacerce, anteriormente al comprar te ayudaban en llevar tu mercancía al auto, lo cual era una muy buena cortesía, hoy en día no lo hacen,antes tenían un buen catálogo de dulces de la rosa y aparentaba que compraban directamente al proveedor, pero hace más de 2 años que ya no surten adecuadamente esta marca, brindan un buen servicio, aunque puede mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, parece dependencia de gobierno, ahora por la pandemia están cerrando a las 5pm pero la gerente Lupita y su séquito de policías se ponen a amedrentar a la gente diciendo que cierran al cuarto para las 5 y todo el tiempo están hostigando con lo mismo, cuando deberían estar contentos de que haya gente comprando y deberían cerrar hasta que el último cliente salga pero no, además de que la tienda no la surten como antes, definitivamente está fallando la encargada.
