★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/03/2022: Terrible el servicio. Me dejaron todo a la mitad y uno sin poder usar el agua. Llevo ya el viernes, el fin de semana y el lunes y nada. NO le dan prioridad a sus clientes aunque ya se les haya tratado y pagado bien.
15/03/2022 P.D. : Se comunicaron conmigo, vinieron a primera hora, y ya quedó funcionando mi instalación a como se prometió. Se agradece el servicio y se entiende que pueden estar saturados de órdenes. Es una buena señal, porque muchas personas confian en su compañía para sus necesidades, pero también es importante tener una mejor logística para evitar situaciones como la mía.
Les recomiendaría a otros sus servicios. Los materiales y todo lo que aportan son de buena calidad.
03/14/2022: Terrible service. They left me half everything and one without being able to use the water. I've already been through Friday, the weekend and Monday and nothing. They do NOT give priority to their clients even though they have already been treated and paid well.
03/15/2022 P.S. : They contacted me, they came first thing in the morning, and my installation was already working as promised. The service is appreciated and it is understood that they may be saturated with orders. It's a good sign, because many people trust your company for their needs, but it's also important to have better logistics to avoid situations like mine.
I would recommend your services to others. The materials and everything they provide are of good quality.
