★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble lo complicado que es comunicarse con un ejecutivo por teléfono. Me robaron la targeta y mi teléfono y por ende se están comunicando con todo mundo menos conmigo. Al ingresar al servicio telefónico me piden datos de mi tarjeta o cuenta y los pocos que pyedo poner me dice que no fueron registrados.
Es increíble lo mal que está su servicio, y para colmo no hay ya ninguna sucursal disponible.
No tan difícil de creer con lo ya comentado.
It's amazing how complicated it is to communicate with an executive over the phone. My card and my phone were stolen and therefore they are communicating with everyone but me. Upon entering the telephone service they ask me for my card or account information and the few that I can put tell me that they were not registered.
It's amazing how bad your service is, and to top it all there is no branch available.
Not so hard to believe with what has already been said.

It does not have access to the public, if you need an ATM, the Banorte ones are always open in the area
