Justo iba a cerrar una cuenta por el pésimo servicio y esta tipa me hizo reafirmar mi decisión, pésimo banco en todos sentidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, llevo 2 semanas realizando un tramite y no hay nadie que me pueda atender y menos resolver, para esperar a un ejecutivo mínimo son 30 min y ni te ayudan con el tramite , mi recomendación es acudir a otra sucursal o de plano cambiarse de banco
Terrible customer service, I have been doing a procedure for 2 weeks and there is no one who can assist me and less solve it, to wait for a minimum executive it is 30 minutes and they do not help you with the procedure, my recommendation is to go to another branch or flat change banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de turnos y de espera, más de una hora para ser atendido, ni toma turnos tienen para llevar un mejor control y de colmo para que al final me dijeran que el tramite que iba a realizar no lo podían realizar en sábado "por que el sistema no los deja", que solo entre semana, hasta en instituciones públicas tienen un mejor servicio. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de toda la vida. Siempre estan como 4 o 5 agentes de servicio y solo uno de ellos atiende, los demás siempre están platicando. Que pena de inversión del banco en instalaciones poco funcionales.
Terrible service of a lifetime. There are always like 4 or 5 service agents and only one of them attends, the others are always talking. What a penalty for the bank's investment in non-functional facilities.
