★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio mas de 3 horas en tiempos de covid mi esposa embarazada sin ningún protocolo de seguridad ni distancia entre personas y después de las cuatro de la tarde dejaron pasar a mas de 10 personas extras sin ninguna distancia un foco de infección recomiendo no ir a esta sucursal de hsbc y poner en orden a su personal y protocolos de seguridad

De por sí la atención es súper lenta, y súper incómodo sin lugar para sentarse a esperar y uno de los ejecutivos sale a enseñar su auto es todavía más lento y molesto. Recomendaría a la gente no venir a esta sucursal y a HSBC le recomendaría controlar un poco más esta sucursal y mejorarla.
Small place, one of the account executives went out with someone to show his car, he was selling it during customer service hours.
