Buenas tardes, el día de hoy asistimos a la sucursal porque a mi mamá se le bloqueo la cuenta. Mi mamá preguntó desde un principio con quién tenía que asistir para arreglar el problema, nos pidió que tomáramos turno, para lo cual estuvimos más de una hora y media esperando. La excusa fue que había poco personal y todo dependía del trámite que hacia el cliente. Cabe señalar que solo fueron dos clientes los que iban adelante de nosotras. Cuando, por fin atendieron a mi mamá, le dijeron que en sucursal no se podía resolver el problema , que todo era vía telefónica. Insisto, esto era mentira, en el estado de cuenta indica que, debe ser presencial. ¡Pésimo servicio, necesitan capacitar a su personal!

En el tiempo que estuve aquí, la sucursal recibió 4 quejas más la mía, en relación a su falta de atención y a la deficiencia de sus procesos. A la mayoría los regresaron porque no llevaban copia de su INE cuando claramente en el papel que ellos mismo dan con las instrucciones, NO indican que se requiere copia de INE y claro, después de estar esperando de 40 a 60 min para que te atiendan y que te digan que no te atenderán solo por eso pues claramente causa mucho enojo. :/

La peor sucursal que he visitado en mi vida, todos los ejecutivos son unos ineptos, unos verdaderos inútiles. Ya llevo dos horas aqui y ningún ejecutivo ha terminado de atender a nadie, ademas de haber una ejecutiva desocupada pero bien metida en el celular. Solo voy a esperar para cerrar mi cuenta, no quiero volver a saber nada de este banco.

Te quieren forzar para que abras una cuenta, te ponen mil trabas para cobrar ina simple incapacidad, no es la única sucursal hsbc que trabaja así de terrible, gracias por nada HSBC.

Pésimo servicio. Y en general pésimo banco. Más de 1 hora esperando solo para actualizar 1 dato, por que si no te cancelan ? Te pasan con ejecutivos que no son y si preguntas por la gerente te dicen que no esta.

Pésimo servicio, no atienden los turnos la gente se pasa y los atienden sin formarse porque son amigos de los ejecutivos. Pasaron 6 personas antes de atenderme, reclamé dos veces y la segunda vez que reclamé la ejecutiva que me te dio que estaba en su celular me dice no hay turnos QS (apertura) cuando habíamos dos personas esperando y la primer ya se había ido, es más malo está sucursal en cuanto a los ejecutivos se trata que la sandía para un crudo.

Pésimo servicio. El tiempo de espera para que te atiendan es de más de hora y media. Es increíble, las personas que atienden son déspotas. Una persona intentó hablar con el gerente y éste se encontraba comiendo. Al parecer solo había un ejecutivo de cuenta y el resto de los ejecutivos no estaban atendiendo.
