Considero mal el servicio no hay filas ni nada de gente y pase más de una hora esperando a que me atendieran en servicios a clientes

Pésimo, algo de gente haciendo fila y solo una cajera en ventanilla, no se si les adelantaron las vacaciones o andan en su hora de comida pero no hay nadie relevando, mucho que desear

Pésimo servicio. No se porque si hay tanta gente capaz y sin trabajo porque no hacen limpieza de personal. No tienen ni idea de lo que es la atención al cliente. Muy mal. Corran a 1 o 2 y veran como cambia la cosa.
Terrible service. I don't know why there are so many capable and unemployed people because they don't do personal cleaning. They have no idea what customer support is. Very bad. Run to 1 or 2 and see how things change.

Pésimo servicio, me tuvieron esperando 3 horas, para una apertura de cuenta, tuve que esperar porque me mandaban del trabajo, sino claro no hubiera esperado, pasaron como a 4 personas antes que a mí que habían llegado después que yo, al final me abrieron 2 cuentas mas con engaños que no solicité, y resulta que no las puedo cancelar porque sino me cobran, y si muevo mi nómina también me cobran, pésimo servicio y pésimo banco, nunca había batallado tanto con un banco como con este.
Terrible service, they kept me waiting 3 hours, for an account opening, I had to wait because they sent me from work, but of course I would not have waited, they passed like 4 people before me who had arrived after me, in the end they opened me 2 more accounts with deception that I did not request, and it turns out that I cannot cancel them because otherwise they charge me, and if I move my payroll they also charge me, terrible service and terrible bank, I had never battled so much with a bank as with this one.

Estuve casi una hora esperando que me atendieran para abrir una cuenta, 3 ejecutivos solo 1 atendiendo. Creo que ya no necesitan clientes nuevos por la pésima atención así que me fui. Intentaré con BBVA.
I was almost an hour waiting for them to help me open an account, 3 executives only 1 attending. I think they no longer need new clients because of the bad service so I left. I will try with BBVA.

Pase 40 minutos esperando pasar solo a pedir informes por una tarjeta preautorizada y no estaban atendiendo a nadie, ni estaban haciendo nada, el joven que me atendió no me explico nada parecía como empleado nuevo pero sin conocimiento de nada, la verdad pésimo servicio y ninguno va vestido de la manera formal que deberían de ser, se visten con camisa informal están en el celular y entre ellos hablan y en cajas solo había una mujer mirando con pena de que se juntaba gente y nadie de atención daba el servicio al cliente ni si quiera disculpas por la demora muy mal servicio. Lo que comento no es para hacer quedar mal al banco HSBC es para que el personal de ese banco esté mejor capacitado tengan un poco de respeto por la gente que espera ser parte de su banco.

What I mention is not to make the HSBC bank look bad, so that the staff of that bank is better trained have a little respect for the people who expect to be part of their bank.
