★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion, uno llega antes de que habran para salir rapido y todavia se tarden media hora en comenzar a atender, espero puedan lograra mejorar , si no cambien de personal.
 Very bad attention, one arrives before they will have to leave quickly and it still takes half an hour to start attending, I hope they can improve if they do not change their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi primer experiencia en ese banco fue algo mala. Cuando llegas te tienes que apuntar en una libreta que está frente a una PC, en un módulo que pareciera debería estar siendo atendido por alguien encargado, nadie te indica que tienes que apuntarte allí.
Había 3 ejecutivos de los cuales 2 estaban atendiendo, tardé dos horas en salir de ahí y tan solo había 4 personas delante mío.
Si van a ese banco tengan en cuenta que será algo tardado por la poca cantidad de personal, y entiendan que es un lugar poco espacioso.
La atención del personal fue buena
my first experience in that bank was something bad. When you arrive you have to sign up in a notebook that is in front of a PC, in a module that seems to be being attended by someone in charge, nobody tells you that you have to sign up there.
There were 3 executives of which 2 were attending, it took me two hours to get out of there and there were only 4 people in front of me.
If you go to that bank, bear in mind that it will be somewhat delayed by the small amount of staff, and understand that it is a little roomy.
The attention of the staff was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco más lento del universo. Los cajeros ni siquiera te saludan. Cuenta con medidas sanitarias, sin embargo no hacen nada por cuidar que se respeten en la fila al entrar. Muy mala experiencia.
The slowest bank in the universe. Cashiers don't even greet you. It has sanitary measures, however they do nothing to ensure that they are respected in line when entering. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en la sucursal con muchísima gente y no sirve más que un solo cajero, al llamar al teléfono para reportarlo corta la llamada, que mal que no se pueda ni hacer un reporte y con la contingencia este así el servicio, es muy triste porque es la sucursal que podía esperarse más.
I am at the branch with a lot of people and there is only one cashier, when calling the phone to report it, the call is cut, how bad that you cannot even make a report and with the contingency this is the service, it is very sad because it is the branch that could be expected the most.
