★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojala pudieran poner orden en esta sucursal, los ejecutivos son muy lentos y con un pésimo servicio, además de ser pocos y en hrs de comida no se turnan, todos se van a comer juntos, cierran el comedor y para que no los vean le piden a la sra de limpieza ir por su comida, mientras la gente esperando a que quieran atendernos

Además ineficiencia en el sistema de cajeros automáticos para hacer depósitos de cuentas con número de tarjeta.
Terrible service from the executives. They do not attend in time and form, they still do not give the established schedule and they no longer attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los ejecutivos es demasiado lenta comparada con otros bancos, y la actitud de la ajecutiva q me atendió deja mucho q desear. Y como dato extra la tarjeta que tengo con hsbc me la han clonado 4 veces en 2 años. Tengo tarjetas con inbursa y banorte y nunca he tenido ese problema.

And as an extra piece of information, the card I have with hsbc has been cloned 4 times in 2 years. I have cards with inbursa and banorte and I have never had that problem.
