★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, un banco obsoleto.
Para cualquier cosa hay que acudir a sus sucursales a perder mínimo dos horas para trámites y operaciones que pudieran hacerse en línea. BBVA es mejor.
No lo recomiendo.
Terrible service, an outdated bank.
For anything you have to go to their branches to lose a minimum of two hours for procedures and operations that could be done online. BBVA is better.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un pésima atención, no muestran interés hacia los clientes, a pesar de haber personas en fila para ellos es más importante el "chacoteo", después de hacerte esperar te dicen que no pueden atenderte, deja mucho que desear esta sucursal???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal es grosero y flojo, me negaron el pago de incapacidad y mintieron sobre que mi pago no estaba activo, fui al imss y me dijeron demándalos, fui 2 dias seguidos 6 horas perdidas y te cuestionan xq es la incapacidad violando tu privacidad y si es por covid no te pagan. Gerente y cajera deberían correrlos por antiéticos y prejuiciosos. Muy mal servicio y aparte lento
Terrible service, the staff is rude and lazy, they denied me the disability payment and lied that my payment was not active, I went to the imss and they told me to sue them, I went 2 days in a row 6 hours lost and they question you because the disability is violating your privacy and if it is for covid they do not pay you. Manager and cashier should be run by unethical and prejudiced. Very bad service and apart slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es la segunda vez que voy a esa sucursal y para todo quieren que pases con un ejecutivo, la primera vez fui a hacer un cobro de incapacidad que en cualquier otra sucursal se hace directo en cajas y la segunda vez fui a hacer pago de pasaporte y en ambos casos no pude hacer nada porque el ejecutivo se tardó horas y nunca saco su "formato correcto", y nunca entendí cual, si yo llevaba todos los documentos.
Terrible service, it is the second time that I go to that branch and for everything they want you to spend with an executive, the first time I went to make a disability collection that in any other branch is done directly in boxes and the second time I went to make payment of passport and in both cases I could not do anything because the executive took hours and never got his "correct format", and I never understood which one, if I had all the documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos que esperar una hora para hablar con un ejecutivo de cuenta, una vez lograda la hazaña, que el producto que anuncian en su página no lo pueden ofrecer, no se encuentra el gerente o lo niegan, no resuelven y ni conocen los productos que ofrece la cadena, pésimo servicio y organización de la sucursal, dicho sea de paso fue la tercera qué visite porque en UAMI no servía la impresora y en granjas pasando eje 3 estaba en remodelación.
Solo dos ejecutivos de cuenta atendiendo, mas de diez personas afuera formadas, una sola persona atendiendo en cajas y dos chicos en la entrada que solo tomaban el nombre de quien entraba, pero no asignan turnos o ayudan en algo útil.

Only two account executives attending, more than ten people outside trained, a single person attending in boxes and two guys at the entrance who only took the name of the person who entered, but they do not assign shifts or help with anything useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que el servicio es de 8:30 a 16:30. Son las 9:30 y no hay ningun ejecutivo. 5 personas esperando y solo una señora paseando sin atender a la gente. Hasta que por fin a las 10 am, te atiende un ejecutivo con un tono de voz insoportable.
El servicio en general de la cadena es deplorable, los demas bancos de la zona estan en remodelacion y en el único abierto tiene un pésimo servicio.
The service is supposed to be from 8:30 to 16:30. It's 9:30 and there is no executive. 5 people waiting and only one lady walking without attending to people. Until finally at 10 am, an executive with an unbearable tone of voice attends to you.
The chain's service in general is deplorable, the other banks in the area are undergoing renovations and the only open one has terrible service.
