El Horario de cualquier sucursal es hasta las 5:00pm. Le toco y hace caso omiso sin verme ni contestar, toco la puerta hasta que finalmente por mi insitecia se acerca y me dice "Está Cerrado" Si estoy de acuerdo; pero cuando me estacione no eran las 5:00pm me viste y cerraste. Le puedes hablar al Gerente por favor? Se tardó muchísimo, pasa el Gerente y Él platicando; después de dejar pasar suficiente tiempo me dice "Está Cerrado, cualquier cosa la atiendo mañana" Le digo molesta ; quiero hablar con Ud, puede venir tantito por favor? "La atiendo mañana". Fue cortante y muy grocero; espero la Sucursal Vasoncelos, no eche en saco roto y hagan algo importante en "Calidad en el Servicio" Buenas Noches...
