★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal pequeña pero funcional porque los cajeros automaticos funcionan muy bien y eso compensa de que haya mucha gente la atencion de los ejecutivos no he tenido la oportunidad pero es rapida en general la atencion.
Small but functional branch because the ATMs work very well and that compensates that there are many people the attention of the executives I have not had the opportunity but the attention is quick in general.

Ta hacen esperar hora y media antes de 4 personas, 3 ejecutivos y ni así agilizan el servicio. Cuando llegas y no sabes donde formarte en su lugar hay una lista pero cono esta a la vista hay que estar preguntando en lugar de que alguien llegue y "buenas tardes, que tramite hará?" hay que malinformarse con los demás clientes.

Terrible service!
Ta wait for an hour and a half before 4 people, 3 executives and even then do not expedite the service. When you arrive and do not know where to train in your place there is a list but it is in plain sight you have to be asking instead of someone arriving and "good afternoon, what will you do?" You have to misunderstand with other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron rápido y eso que había demasiada gente la ejecutiva hizo bien su trabajo el trámite un poco tardado pero de ahí en fuera todo bien .
I was treated quickly and that there were too many people the executive did her job well the process a little late but from there on out everything was fine.
