★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio al cliente y ni se diga el tiempo de espera por trámites tan sencillos que los mismos ejecutivos le dan vueltas, en general esta sucursal y el banco de lo peor.
Terrible customer service and not to mention the waiting time due to procedures so simple that the executives themselves spin it around, in general this branch and the bank of the worst.

Terrible attention and bad service, a fatal organization among executives. If you need an emergency with that branch you will not find it. And to top it all the information they provide is incorrect.
