No quisieron darnos cambio de un billete argumentando que no tenían, son un banco y me dicen que no tienen dinero.
Afortunadamente el gerente lo resolvió y al final si tuvieron.
The attention of the manager is very good, not so of the executives or cashiers.
They did not want to give us change of a ticket arguing that they did not have, they are a bank and they tell me that they do not have money.
Fortunately the manager solved it and in the end they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ te tienen afuera como 3 horas y adentro solo hay una ventanilla abierta para 10 o 14 personas entiendo que por la pandemia cierren pero minimo deben haber 2 cajas abiertas
They have you outside for about 3 hours and inside there is only one window open for 10 or 14 people I understand that due to the pandemic they close but at least there must be 2 open boxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Siempre hay que esperar por lo menos dos horas para que atienda un ejecutivo, independientemente de si es quincena o no. También, el cajero que sirve para hacer depósitos la mayoría de las veces está fuera de servicio.
Terrible service. You always have to wait at least two hours for an executive to attend, regardless of whether it is a fortnight or not. Also, the ATM that is used to make deposits is most of the time out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos tardan como 2 horas para atenderte, sea cual sea el dia que vayas, siempre tardan mucho, y te tienen afuera en el sol. Si pueden cambiarse de banco se los recomiendo.
Terrible service, the executives take about 2 hours to attend you, whatever day you go, they always take a long time, and they have you outside in the sun. If you can change banks, I recommend them.
