★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado con el personal de esta Sucursal. Dicen que no te van a cobrar comisiones para darte una tarjeta y luego te las cobran. Sin importarles que no venga en el contrato. Pésimo banco.
 Be very careful with the staff of this Branch. They say they are not going to charge you commissions to give you a card and then they charge you. Not caring that it does not come in the contract. Terrible bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato nunca he visto eso de mi vida, jamas contestan el teléfono, te dan número de aclaraciones y no están hechas, les Cv mandas correos y te dicen que no los pueden responder, en serio?
No entiendo que un banco puede dejar esta imagen, el peor en MÉXICO.
Terrible treatment I have never seen that in my life, they never answer the phone, they give you a number of clarifications and they are not done, you send them Cv emails and they tell you that they cannot answer them, seriously?
I don't understand that a bank can leave this image, the worst in MEXICO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentisimo el servicio.... llegué a las 3: 30 y salí hasta las 4:50.
Si vas a qué te atienda un ejecutivo ve con la idea de que estarás ahí mucho tiempo.
Les falta equipo nuevo y más tecnología...se están quedando rezagados en comparación de otros bancos.
Very slow service .... I arrived at 3:30 and left until 4:50.
If you go to have an executive attend you, go with the idea that you will be there for a long time.
They lack new equipment and more technology ... they are lagging behind other banks.
