★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, de todos los ejecutivos solo 2 trabajan, los demás están en el teléfono e incluso se van a comer juntos, dejando a 1 persona atendiendo a todos.
Terrible service, of all the executives only 2 work, the others are on the phone and even go to eat together, leaving 1 person serving everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Terrible servicio como siempre!... Los agentes son muy lentos y no resuelven mucho, además no respetan los turnos y solo buscan atender los temas que se les hacen más fácil y/o rápidos...
Y si piensas que por teléfono puede ser diferente, estas equivocado, tardan mucho tiempo en atenderte y el 99% de las ocasiones te van a mandar a sucursal... ??♂️
Terrible service as always!... The agents are very slow and do not solve much, they also do not respect shifts and only seek to attend to the issues that are easier and/or faster for them...
And if you think that by phone it can be different, you are wrong, they take a long time to serve you and 99% of the time they will send you to a branch... ??♂️

Durante mi visita solo había dos ejecutivos que no están capacitados para su puesto, se preguntan entre ellos mismos como hacer los procedimientos del banco y al final los dos terminan con dudas. No hay alguien que te reciba, el módulo de recepción está de adorno, entre la misma gente que llevaba horas esperando nos tuvimos que organizar para apuntarnos en una hojita e intentar llevar un orden e incluso darles indicaciones a los demás clientes que iban llegando.
Deplorable... During my visit there were only two executives who are not qualified for their position, they ask each other how to do the bank procedures and in the end the two end up with doubts. There is no one to receive you, the reception module is for decoration, among the same people who had been waiting for hours we had to organize ourselves to sign up on a piece of paper and try to take an order and even give directions to the other customers who were arriving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos de cuenta tardan mucho, de los 4 lugares que hay, 3 estaban ocupados por ejecutivos, 2 estaban atendiendo a personas (ordinarias) y una mas sólo se dedicaba a clientes tipo "VIP", y prácticamente no hacía nada. Llegué a las 11:10 y me terminaron pasando a las 13:20 del medio día. Algo que me pasó y no me gustó micho fue que al parecer anteriormente una persona había venido antes y lo regresaron a su trabajo por falta de unos documentos, se tardaron mucho, parece que no respetan los turnos que uno va llegando, que mal servicio.
The account executives take a long time, of the 4 places that exist, 3 were occupied by executives, 2 were serving (ordinary) people and one more was only dedicated to "VIP" type clients, and did practically nothing.
