En ocasiones no hay cajeros disponibles (personal), debes esperar alrededor de 5 minutos y aparece uno, el horario es más extenso que en otras sucursales hasta las 17 hrs. Solo hay un cajero automático en la sucursal, siendo que es el corporativo, queda corto para las personas que van al lugar, agregando que a los alrededores hay oficinas y lugares comerciales, en ciertos momentos hay extensas filas. El cajero Carlos Gzz desde un inicio me atendió con mala actitud, no me permitió hacer un retiro de mi cuenta alegando que la firma de mi identificación no era igual a la de su sistema. Me mandan a hacer fila con un ejecutivo, me atiende y me muestra la firma... y es igual a la de mi tarjeta! Vuelvo a caja, me hacen el retiro y me piden firmar el comprobante, lo firmo y el cajero me dice que la firma no es igual a la de mi INE. Así como suena de absurdo así me atendieron, el cajero le dió reversa a la transacción y me pidió hacer todo de nuevo. Le pedí mi INE y fuí con el ejecutivo a preguntar dónde podía poner una queja, "por teléfono" me contestaron. Le pregunté al ejecutivo el nombre del cajero para ponerlo en mi reporte, "pregúntele a el directamente". De verdad ni a cuál irle, pésimo servicio y nadie que se responsabilice.
