El servicio de está sucursal, no es del todo buena. Les falta muchos aspectos por mejorar; la atención hacía los clientes es muy lenta, se generan largas filas para pasar con un ejecutivo, los tiempos de espera son elevados mínimo de 1 hr 1/2 o más. Tienen 3 cubículos de atención y por lo regular está en operación 1 para la atención de los calientes. Mi recomendación, si va realizar un trámite con ejecutivo valla con mucha paciencia se le va ir la mayor parte del día esperando en sucursal.
The service of this branch is not at all good. They lack many aspects to improve; customer service is very slow, long lines are generated to pass with an executive, waiting times are high at least 1 hr 1/2 or more. They have 3 service cubicles and 1 is usually in operation for the care of the hot ones. My recommendation, if you are going to carry out a procedure with a fence executive with a lot of patience, you will spend most of the day waiting at the branch.

El servicio con asesor es de 1 1/2 hora como minimo, hay 3 cubiculos de atencion y solo 1 funciona ya que la señorita del otro cubiculo no hace ningun tramite. Llegue 9.20 am (horario de apertura 9am), habia solo 2 personas frente a mi, y aun asi sali a las 11 am.
The service with an advisor is at least 1 1/2 hour, there are 3 service cubicles and only 1 works since the lady in the other cubicle does not do any paperwork. I arrived 9:20 am (9am opening hours), there were only 2 people in front of me, and even so I left at 11 am.

Pésimo servicio, solo 1 ejecutivo y se la pasa platicando, la fila en el sol, deberían hacer adecuaciones por la contingencia para que por lo menos tengan sillas y algo con que protegerse del sol

Se tardan mucho, no hay personal, no dan instrucciones claras o no resuelven ningún problema, pésimo servicio.

El tiempo de espera es de 1 día hábil, tienes que venir con mucho tiempo de anticipación si necesitas algo para un trámite Y no creas que es porque haya mucha gente, los asesores se meten y no salen en un buen rato y ahí te tienen sentado adentro o parado afuera Si puedes cambiar tus trámites, cambiate de banco!

El horario dice a las 17 hrs pero llegue 10 min antes y ya no me dejaron entrar creo que devén decir a que hora ya no puede uno entrar

Quise cobrar mis incapacidades y me lo negaron , casi obligándome abrir una cuenta solo supuestamente de esa manera podian dármelo , y aparte de abrirla se iban a quedar con parte de mi dinero por 3 meses

Pésima atención, tal parece que el personal no quiere trabajar te tienen en espera por largo periodo de tiempo para al final decirte que vengas otro día por qué tienen mucho trabajo y solo hay un ejecutivo (en sábado) siendo que en la fila solo éramos 5 conmigo (siendo las 11:00 cuando cierran a las 14:00)
Terrible attention, it seems that the staff does not want to work they have you waiting for a long period of time to finally tell you to come another day because they have a lot of work and there is only one executive (on Saturday) being that there were only 5 of us in line with me (being 11:00 when they close at 14:00)
