The branch opens at 10 in the morning, when all the other banks at 9 and it turns out that no executive is attending, that because they are in a meeting or another ATM says that they all had an inconvenient, bad branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, empleados incompetentes, no hacen su trabajo, tienen preferencias, te dejan esperando horas y horas para pasar con el ejecutivo, que es un inepto, y no sabe cómo hacer trámites, y tienes que esperar meses para resolver algo, con vueltas y vueltas, sin poder disponer de tu dinero, porque no hicieron lo que les corresponde.
Bad service, incompetent employees, they don't do their job, they have preferences, they leave you waiting for hours and hours to spend with the executive, who is inept, and does not know how to do paperwork, and you have to wait months to solve something, with turns and returns, without being able to have your money, because they did not do their part.

Very bad service, all the executives are in the ass. You keep talking to them without caring that customers are lining up and they don't seem to care.
